Platform

The InfiniteAI Platform

One governed foundation under every solution: shared identity, tenancy, tamper-evident audit, and AI-safety controls.

Core Capabilities

What the platform enforces

Shared capabilities that work together to deliver secure, governed AI for government.

Permission-Aware Retrieval

Answers draw only from records each user is entitled to see, with citations that open the source passage. You only see passages from documents you are permitted to read.

Governed Actions

AI actions are risk-tiered with role-based access control. Consequential actions pause for staff approval before execution: AI drafts, humans approve, every approval logged.

Guardrails and Output Guards

Prompt-injection defense on the way in; streaming guards for PII, jailbreaks, and prompt leaks on the way out. Departments can tighten safety, never weaken it below the platform floor.

Tamper-Evident Audit

Hash-chained audit entries with in-product integrity verification, and cryptographically signed PDF exports where the record matters most.

Identity and Access

SSO via OIDC and SAML 2.0, MFA for password logins, seven-level roles with a default-deny external tier, and per-record assignments that even managers do not bypass.

Per-Tenant Encryption

Per-tenant encryption keys with managed key backends and crypto-shred offboarding: destroying keys renders data permanently unrecoverable, audited at critical severity.

Model Flexibility

Run on the model provider your agency has approved, behind one governed gateway: Anthropic, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, and AWS Bedrock.

Connectors

SharePoint, Google Workspace, Box, Dropbox, Confluence, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, SAP S/4HANA, MongoDB, S3, email, and generic REST, GraphQL, and SQL adapters. Permission-aware ingestion where the source supports it.

Cost Governance

Monthly AI budgets with hard enforcement and analytics computed from real provider tokens. Every dollar is traceable and exportable for the record.

Connect to the Systems You Already Use

InfiniteAI connects to your existing enterprise systems through secure data connectors, APIs, databases, and SaaS applications.

Deployment & Security

Deployment and Security

Flexible deployment options with enterprise-grade security controls.

Deployment Models

Cloud-hosted

Managed cloud deployment with strict per-agency tenant isolation and encryption.

Model flexibility

Works with multiple AI providers; model choice is configurable per organization.

Government cloud (roadmap)

Cloud-portable and model-portable by design; deployment to government cloud environments is on the roadmap.

Security Posture

Single sign-on
OIDC and SAML 2.0 with major identity providers; MFA for password logins
Role-based access
Seven-level org roles, per-solution roles, and per-record assignments
Tenant isolation
Per-agency isolation enforced down to the database row level
Per-tenant encryption
Dedicated keys with managed backends and crypto-shred offboarding
Tamper-evident audit
Hash-chained entries with in-product integrity verification
AI safety guards
Prompt-injection defense, streaming output guards, grounded refusal
PII redaction
Sensitive values redacted in outputs and logs, with audit metadata
Cost controls
Monthly AI budgets with alerts and a hard block at exhaustion

Compliance posture

Every control above is demonstrable in the product, not a badge. The architecture is designed to align with California SAM/SIMM expectations, and the platform is available through Infinite Solutions contract vehicles (CMAS and IT MSA) with DVBE partnership participation.

Buy vs. Build

Why agencies choose a platform over a project

01

Orchestration is the hard part

Governing AI across records, procurement, contracts, hiring, and reporting under one identity, audit, and safety model is an order of magnitude harder than standing up a single AI tool.

02

Governance is not a bolt-on

The controls a security review expects, from tenant isolation to tamper-evident audit, take years to build and prove. They cannot be improvised at the end of a pilot.

03

Internal builds walk out the door

A homegrown system depends on the staff who built it. When they leave, the system and its institutional knowledge leave with them.
